I am delighted to announce that Lily Soutter, well known Nutritionist & Nutritional Therapist, has signed up to become our exclusive health partner, as we prepare to launch the niix app in September ’17.

Lily Soutter

Lily joins the niix resistance due to her extensive knowledge and reputation as being one of the UK’s most highly regarded nutritionists. Lily’s background and insight behind the science of food will help my clients transform their lives, taking that first step in becoming healthier, happier and stronger than before.

Lily is currently busy creating a 30x-day meal plan that niix members will receive upon subscribing, as well as regularly contributing tips, tutorials and guides to making healthy food choices over on the blog.

Lily regularly writes articles on health and nutrition for the likes of The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent, Cosmopolitan & Women’s Health, and we couldn’t be happier to be working with such a positive woman who embodies many similar qualities, not only to myself, but also all the fabulous women I’ve had the honour of training over the years.

This partnership further strengthens the common missions that both myself and Lily strive for; to improve the quality of life and health of women with the insight needed to become fitter, stronger & more confident.

Keep up to speed with all of our tasty antics over on the blog, or follow me @niix.fit on Instagram, @niixfit on Facebook & @Niixfit on Twitter.

You can catch both Lily and me at Love Fit Festival where we’ll be teaching and catching up on all things fitness & health.
