With Nicki as your guide through every class on the niix app, you will go on your own fitness journey. Building strength and stamina, while toning and sculpting. The niix Teach&Train method equips you with expert knowledge on technique and how to exercise safely.

Each class has been carefully crafted by Nicki who is with you throughout. Videos keep you moving at the right pace and ensure good technique for optimal results. All accessible on your smartphone or tablet anywhere you find the time and space to put exercise into your day.

niix includes 30 day meal plans designed by the fabulous nutritionist Lily Soutter, full of healthy and nutritious recipes.

Method

Full body conditioning programmes created for all levels of fitness. These are the foundation programmes of niix, crafted with women approaching 40 and beyond in mind, helping you to get healthier, fitter and build an exercise habit for a lifetime. Do them again and again, move up a level and/or mix it up with a niix focus programme.

Beginner

Learn to love exercise. A whole body work out suitable for everyone. See your energy levels rise, while you tone up and trim down.

Intermediate

Taking it to the next level. Build core strength and improve overall fitness with this full body conditioning workout. Keep motivated to push on by mixing it up at pace.

Advanced

Achieve an elite physique. Fast paced, complex exercises with intense cardio to lower body fat, tone and build muscle, in a way that protects further.

Focus

Shorter, goal specific programmes such as Fortnightly Fat Burner and Sculpt & Burn to fit busy schedules or to mix it up. Switch between niix Focus and niix Method to keep motivated and exercising regularly.

10-4-10 is a full body conditioning programme for when you are short of time but want to keep your exercise habit. Even 10 minutes can make a difference in how you look and feel. Each day you will gain a full body sweat & burn!

Fortnight
Fat Burner

Fortnightly Fat Burner aims to lose those last few pounds or help breakthrough a fitness plateau. Created to make you work hard and shift fat, this is a full body conditioning workout, which will ignite, sweat and shed those last pounds.

Core Toner

Core Toner focuses on building core strength and definition. This programme should be part of everyone’s exercise regime teaching how to activate and use your core to achieve even better results in all your fitness activities.

Sculpt & Burn

Sculpt & Burn involves a variety of exercises all targeted to tone and define the legs and booty. This is a great programme to focus on before a special event or holiday to create a long, lean and lifted look.

Post Pregnancy
Strengthening

Post Pregnancy Strengthening is for you whether you had your baby weeks, months, or even years ago. This specifically tailored programme is a route back to fitness and health which will help return your pre-baby shape and regain your glow.
